Passion Sunday

The Mass obligation is commuted for March 29th. It can be fulfilled in one of two ways, either by prayer reflection upon the Sunday scripture readings (concluding that time by the recitation of the Prayer of Humble Access or the Anima Christi), or by the recitation of the Rosary as a family. We will be live streaming the Sung Mass at 10:00am. Please see the video below:

You can share this link with friends. If you subscribe to the page, you should be able to see the upcoming live stream link on our YouTube channel. Our Sunday Mass, Passion Sunday, will include the Raising of Lazarus. Jesus specifically says that he will use the sickness for God's glory and the good of his people.

We will begin with our Great Litany -- a tradition in Lent. This is an opportunity to join in a concerted supplication for the redemption of the world. The petition includes a prayer against pestilence and famine.

Our choir has recorded two 16th century motets (from William Byrd and Richard Farrant) which we plan to include in the Mass.

The bulletin to accompany the Mass in PDF format is available here.
